Refund policy

Every Memori gift is made to order: custom magnets with your photo and song, and ready-made designs printed and loaded for your order. Because of this, we do not take returns and we do not give refunds once your order is placed.

Before you pay: check that your photo is clear, check the song name, and pick the right version (without LED or with LED).

Questions: message us on WhatsApp at +91 81786 84848, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
